Music Challenge Day 4- A song that makes you sad

Hey people Magick says hi by the way she is one of the coolest people you will ever hear of!!! By the way this is going to be a very depressing post so if you don't like depressing posts leave this site now but you better come back later for one of my happier posts....


So anyways I had a lot of trouble thinking of what to do for this post because when choosing a song that makes you sad there always has to be a reason and I know I don't like hearing about other peoples problems so I wasn't sure how emotional I should be with this post... but eventually I decided to go with the extremely emotional so here it goes...


This was a song that was played at my fathers funeral. For obvious reasons that I just told you it makes me sad. However it is a fairly nice song but it makes me cry almost every time I hear it but you know that's cool everyone needs a good cry every now and then!! Well here's the song that makes me sad I hope you enjoy/ it makes you cry just like me... "Angels Among Us" by Alabama!

Oh geez... I just watched the video and now I am crying!!! Oh well what can you do?? Well I hope that you enjoyed this post I think that I picked a pretty good song that makes me sad but yah know it's cool if you didn't like it.

Music Challenge Day 3- A song that makes you happy

Ok for this post I have to pick 2 songs because I cannot decide between the two they are both great songs. I don't know what it is about them but whenever I am feeling down or you know just plain sad then I will put on one or both of the songs and I instantly feel so much better. I don't guarantee this will work for anyone else but you know they work for me and that's always cool.... so here they are!!!

 So this first song is "A Portrait of the Artist" by Aiden which is ofcourse one of the coolest bands of all time.... in my opinion. I think that it's actually the music video that make me happy because it's so ridicuous with their animal masks on and shoving the vocalist into the trunk of the car!!! I just can't help but laugh every time. So that is probably what I like about this song but you know also the vocals which are ofcourse always amazing from Aiden.

This next song is "Inside This Coffin" by Calabrese now I don't know what it is about this song at all...I mean who would have thought a song called "Inside This Coffin" could instantly make me happier!! However, I do love this band they are completely awesome listen to some of their other songs on youtube believe me you won't regret it and if you do regret it well ummm sorry but I don't really care. Anyways try it if you like it you like it if you don't you don't!!

Music Challenge Day 2- Your Least Favourite Song

My least favourite song.....what?.... I don't listen to my least favourite songs... How am I supposed to pick a least favourite song when I don't actually listen to my favourite song. Well ya know I am not personally a big fan of pop like I can manage to listen to it but not without rolling my eyes.... Anyways back to my least favourite song I would have to say that it is probably this song that I first heard in my French class..... it is called "Ne me quitte pas" this song is written and sung by Jacques Brel... but don't take my word for it listen to it for yourself and make your own decision...Here it is "Ne me quitte pas" by Jacques Brel...

The title of this song translates to "Don't Leave Me" and I believe this is what I dislike about the song. If you breakup with someone sure you've got to give it your all to stay together but I don't like the idea of begging someone to stay with you. If you have to beg them to stay then they really don't want to be there in the first place and I do not think that you have to repeat it over and over again to get it across to them. Maybe find a different way to work things out rather than just begging them. And to perfectly honest begging annoys me to extreme levels.... so yeah no begging I don't like this song but if you do that's cool for you but maybe try some of the other artists shown in the pictures below....

Misfits is one of my favourite bands!!! Mostly because they are the origin of horror punk which is totally one of my favourite genres and Misfits is it's creator!!! In other words totally amazing.

Now admittedly I haven't listened to much of Shinedown but what I have heard of them I absolutely love! So you know check them out!!

and then I'll do one more here...

Ok so Linkin Park is a fairly well known band and I have never heard a bad comment about them from anyone before... so ... try it who knows you might end up liking it!

So anyways thats it for this post... and yah no to "Ne me quitte pas"... try some of the other bands see if you like them if you don't like them then too bad ... oh well..

Music Challenge Day 1- Your Favourite Song

Hmmm... My favourite song changes quite often so its hard to say.... However, I think that at the moment it's the song Moment by Aiden, which is totally one of my favourite bands it a totally amazing song that everyone should listen too..... Wait I can put videos on this thing...... Well here it is the song Moment by Aiden!!!!!!

I just love the vocals in this song they are totally amazing!! It is so hard to find good music that is actually played by real musicians and has good vocals I'd say that it's almost impossible to find thiskind of music. Not to say that there is anything wrong with computerized music I just prefer when there is a live band. And if you liked the song you should check out some of their other music like A Portrait of the Artist, White Wedding, Die Romantic, Cry Little Sister... ect. Anyways I don't really have anything else to say so I guess I'll just post a few pictures of the band and be done!!
